At Polo Sanitary Fittings, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it under the following conditions:

• Return Period: You can return any product within 14 days of receipt, provided if it is not functional or broken. For any return, you have to send us video and pictures within 48 hours of receipt.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours to arrange for a replacement.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.
