At Polo Sanitary Fittings, we are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you swiftly and safely. Here’s what you need to know about our delivery process:

• Delivery Timeframe: Standard delivery is within 5-7 business days. For custom orders or items requiring special handling, delivery may take 7-15 business days.
• Shipping Charges: Delivery charges are not included in any order. Products are normally sent through Truck Ada Builty. Truck Ada charge based on the weight and size of the order as well as the destination. Products can be shipped by Cargo, Courier and Train cargo as well. In all cases, customer has to specify and delivery charges are borne by the customer.
• Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a builty number to monitor the delivery progress.
• Delivery Areas: We deliver across Pakistan, ensuring that your products arrive at nominated city and you have to collect your shipment from the given pickup point.
• Special Instructions: If you have specific delivery instructions, please provide them at checkout.
